1. Introduction/Description

 Content of this Software package: ServerView® Installation Manager is the Custom Utility Software to configure PRIMERGY and PRIMEQUEST servers and to install operating system and management software. As part of the Fujitsu ServerView Suite the Installation Manager provides fast and secure configuration and installation.  It installs x86 servers (PRIMERGY, PRIMEQUEST) either unattended or menu-driven, locally or remotely. In preparation for the required operating system (OS) all configurable server components are identified and the necessary tools and drivers are provided automatically.

2. Software License Terms for End Users

The Software package Fujitsu Technology Solutions GmbH provides to you may only be downloaded and used when you agree to the “Fujitsu Limited - Software License Agreement for End Users” which can be found in the root directory of this Software package. Please read this agreement carefully before you use the Software. If you do not agree with the license terms in this agreement, you are not permitted to use the Software package and must immediately delete all copies of the Software package and all accompanying items. The Software package is only licensed to you, not sold. You are only allowed to use the Software package if you purchased Fujitsu PRIMERGY or PRIMEQUEST Server System(s) for the purpose of configuration and installation of an Operating System on that device(s). Any Software including incorporated tools available for download through any website owned and operated by Fujitsu Technology Solutions GmbH are the copyrighted work either by Fujitsu Technology Solutions GmbH or by third party Software vendors.

 The Software package contains Open Source components that were developed according to the “open source model” and which are distributed exclusively on the basis of the GPL (General Public License: http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html) terms and conditions or other standard open source standard license terms and conditions applicable to the respective open source components at the time of their dissemination. You recognize and accept that the licensing of such open source software components is governed exclusively by the above-mentioned GPL terms or by the conditions which are otherwise included with the open source software components.
