is in case WOL is disabled or the controller
itself is disabled.
- Removed Smartcard SystemLock support for
Industrial boards.
- Implemented ATA Harddisk Diagnostic for

- Bug Fix: Setup node to set discard timer to 1024
or 128 clocks didn't work on ICH7.
