After running ALM7v10I.EXE the floppy disk should contain following files:
flash.bat
PHLASH16.EXE
LM7_10I.ROM
readme.txt (this file)
readme.bat
To flash your BIOS, boot to DOS-mode and run flash.bat from the floppy disk.
