Solved problems: - USB devices which are hot-plugged during POST may function under pre-boot environment even if USB Port item is "Disabled" in BIOS setup. - two keys of USB keyboard don't return the correct scan code on DOS environment. - Turbo boost is not functional after S3 resume on Windows 7. Current BIOS V. 1.18:
Solved problems: - System with TPM1.2 can’t be resumed normally from S3 state, if TPM1.2 state is changed, the system is booted up with Hybrid Boot and then transitioned to S3 state. - The value changing is canceled after resuming if the value of any SETUP item is changed with BiosSet.exe and then entering to S4 or hybrid shutdown. - USB charge stop function when low battery state doesn't work just after changing the charge setting with Anytime USB Charge Utility. Solved problems: - "!" display in Boot Priority Order which is added to the disabled boot device is abnormal if Boot Device number is more than 10. - Language setting in SETUP is not changed after Language setting is changed, "Save Changes" is performed and then "Exit Discarding Changes" is performed. - The screen in pre-OS environment is displayed to the internal LCD even if "Display" item is set to [External Display], if Celeron model. - Fingerprint authentication screen by Omni Pass is sometimes frozen after S3 resume. - Bay ODD is not turned off after power button override. - S3 resume time is more than 2sec if dTPM is attached and disabled in SETUP. - Boot Menu is not displayed again after push Enter key on any Boot Device of Boot Menu and the booting is failed, if CSM is enabled. - USB LAN PXE can't be booted if USB LAN is connected to USB2.0 Port. - Drive0 can't be accessed in DOS environment if DOS is booted from CD/DVD. - Event Log becomes abnormal display if F10 key is pushed in Event Log screen and Save Changes is canceled. - System can't boot form USB CD/DVD drive if the media is set in Boot Menu. - Wake up on WLAN from S4 can't be worked under Windows 7. - USB LAN PXE is not loaded when Force LAN Boot if CSM is [Enabled] and PXE is [Disabled]. - "UEFI Boot" is forced to [Disabled] after BIOS is updated with Insyde Flash tool, if the former BIOS date is before October 20th, 2015. - HotPlug register is not set at the eSATA port. - BSoD (Blue Screen of Death) may be occurred if Hyper-V and Device Guard are enabled. - S3 resume time is more than 2 seconds if Celeron model. - Fix some issues with HDD password function Known errors, problems and restrictions: - None Additional information: - Changed BIOS Version Display (Version 1.17). - Updated CPU microcode. - Updated VGA BIOS. - Updated UEFI GOP Driver. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ BIOS V. 1.16:
Solved problems: - BIOS password authentication screen is displayed after cancel or authentication fail is occurred on Fingerprint PBA. - Ubuntu which installed with UEFI mode can't be booted from "Drive(n) HDD:" in Boot Order. - System can't be under C3 state if SD Card slot item is disabled in Setup. - Windows Boot Manager is remained in Boot Menu if removed the system HDD. - PXE boot is tried twice if Force LAN Boot and PXE is disabled in setup. - Windows Boot Manager in boot order is deleted if HDD password is set. - Corrected TPM2.0 PPI screen. - System doesn't boot up from Windows Boot Manager if Fast Boot is enabled. - It may be a mode which Fingerprint PBA failed after cancel and then return to PBA. - System can't be under C3 state if SD Card slot item is disabled in Setup.
